Welcome to the Colorado ASDA Summer Pre-Dental Academy 2017! Colorado ASDA is excited to welcome you to the Anschutz campus for four Saturdays of incredible insight on dental school, dentistry as a career, and the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine's program and curriculum. Each weekend will include a lecture and laboratory activity, topics ranging from the application process, the interview, and a special guest speaker from the school's admission committee. Laboratory activities will include waxing in the school's technique lab and drilling in the SIM clinic - come practice your hand skills with current students, the perfect opportunity for networking and picking their minds.

Saturday, July 1st 8 am-12 pm: Introduction to Dentistry, Guest Speaker, Dental Specialties, *Waxing

Saturday, July 8th 8 am-12pm: AADSAS Application, Dental Anatomy, *Waxing

Saturday, July 15th 8 am-12 pm: The Interview, Cariology, *Preparation & Restoration

Saturday, July 22nd 8am-12pm: Personal Statements, Restorative Dentistry, *Crown Prep
