Color theory is a body of principles that provide guidance on the relationship between colors and the physiological impacts of certain color combinations. In this workshop you will learn the major elements of color theory.Understanding color theory far exceeds simply knowing how to mix colors together. As an artist, you need to understand the application of color theory and the relationship between colors. This is a fundamental base of understanding for artists and should not be ignored. You will learn to understand the relationship between colors and how we perceive them.
Artist Pat Barron will be our instructor for Color Theory. Pat has been a professional artist and teacher for over 30 years. She sttudied art at The Kansas City Art Institute and later studied in studios in Canada and New Mexico. Her work has received several Best of Show, Artist's Choice , Retail Awards and the Brush Stroke's Hope and Valor Award.
All supplies and color theory book included.
