College Survival Guide: On-Campus Cooking 101
Monday, September 30, 2013 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM (EDT)
New York, NY
Hands-On & Demonstration, $40
Now that you’ve settled into your classes for the semester, it’s time to work on that weekly meal plan. Looking for better options than instant ramen, greasy pizza, and endless cups of coffee? Preparing your own delicious, nutrition-packed meals from scratch in shared college housing is easier—and a lot more fun!—than you think. Get to know your roommates, avoid the “freshman 15,” and fuel your busy days and nights by shopping and cooking smart. Join us and learn how to create delicious, filling dishes on a student’s budget, and see how rewarding it can be to whip up home-cooked meals away from home.
Everyone is welcome – not just college students!
