College for a Weekend @ Liberty University #CFAW
Thu, Apr 6, 2017, 1:00 PM – Sun, Apr 9, 2017, 4:00 PM EDT
TRIBES is visiting Liberty University! If you have a 10th-12th grade student who is interested in visiting this campus, we will take them with us for College for a Weekend at Liberty University. Liberty is hosting this open house weekend April 6 - April 9. We will meet at RC3 at 9am Thursday, April 6 and travel as a group to Lynchberg, VA where students can experience dorm life, classes and campus life first hand. The cost is only $125, which covers transportation, dining, stay in a residence hall and the experience of exploring this Christian campus. We will return to RC3 Sunday, April 9 at 6pm, pending any travel delays. If you would like to go please register by purchasing your ticket before Sunday, March 1st.
What will my student’s experience be like? Will they be assigned to a current student for the weekend, or follow a schedule of events?
At CFAW the goal is to give visitors a sense of what it’s like to be a Liberty student! Though they are not assigned to a specific current student, they will be given a detailed schedule for the whole weekend and have access to admissions and financial aid sessions, classes, academic events, athletic games, and many other student activities. Required and recommended events for CFAW guests are noted in the schedule as well as at CFAW 101 on Thursday night.

I have a food allergy or intolerance. Is there food in the dining hall I can eat?
Absolutely! The dining facility is fantastic and has a full time registered dietician on staff. She takes care of helping our students find the best options for their individual needs. Food in the dining hall is labeled and more information is available at check-in.
