Event description

Description

Brought to you by a partnership between Wisconsin Film Festival and Madison College (School of Art and Science; Business and Applied Arts, Intercultural Center, and Center of International Education, and Office of Equity, Inclusion, and Community Engagement)

This event includes a free screening of poignant, insightful, and topical films on themes related to diversity, inclusion, and equity. A short discussion over themes and topics of the film will follow each screening. The director of the film will participate in a post-screening Skype Q&A.

Join us as we explore how the fate of undocumented immigrant workers and Wisconsin's $43 billion dairy industry are closely intertwined - and both are grappling with their options for survival as fears of ICE raids and deportations under the Trump administration grow.

Enjoy an opportunity to discuss this film with the director and community representatives.
