Living Out Our Faith in a Postmodern Marketplace
While we are called to be salt and light by our faith, our tolerant, pluralistic world calls us to be impartial, non-judgmental and open to all perspectives. Our faith can easily be misunderstood and labeled as narrow, bigoted and irrelevant, and thereby alienating rather than engaging the very world we are called to bless. How do we not only decrease this dissonance but actually thrive as whole life, attractive and valued colleagues, neighbors and friends in a postmodern marketplace?
Cobie Langerak heads Triaxia Partners' Leadership Practive, specializing in executive coaching, leadership development and succession management.
Prior to joining Triaxia Partners, she was the Senior Vice President of Corporate HRM Leadership and Organization Development with Philips International B. V. where her key responsibility was to deveolp and execute Philips' leadership and orgainizational agenda worldwide, with a special focus on executives and top potentials. She was also responsible for providing functional leadership by setting global standards, policies and practices for learning and development.
