About this Event

About the Webinar

Leaders of nonprofit organizations, government agencies and social enterprises are increasingly turning to collective impact—bringing multiple organizations together to achieve big social change that otherwise could not be achieved by a sole organization. Pooling together participating organizations’ strengths and resources can be complex, as each brings its own culture, methodologies for delivering services, and measuring results.

Join Measurement Resources’ Elizabeth Pafford for a FREE webinar on Wednesday, September 11, as she shares insights into best practices and strategies for approaching your collective impact initiative with an emphasis on equitable outcomes at its core. From developing a common agenda and identifying shared measures, she will walk participants through several examples of how certain practices might introduce implicit bias and negatively impact community engagement. Elizabeth will also outline specific tactics for capturing individual demographic data, so that collective impact groups can better identify and understand gaps in equitable outcomes for specific segments of the population the initiative is intended to benefit.

Whether you have already participated in a collective impact initiative, or you are considering leading or participating in one in the future, this webinar will surface critical considerations related to data collection and analysis. It will also help confirm that your action plan, including all of its underlying tactics and activities, are aligned to support your initiative’s overarching goals. And it will provide a platform for open dialogue among the individuals and organizations committed to your initiative.
