A data review and call for community-driven collective action.
The follow up and continuation to the 2018-20 research series on Social Enterprise Ecosystem Building supported by Bush Foundation, Forge North and Halcyon Incubator.
Join Social Enterprise MSP (SE-MSP) and social impact leaders to dive into the next phase of action to build the MN Social Impact Ecosystem and purpose driven economy. With the support and leadership of the McKnight Foundation, we will continue to discuss, define, and tell our collective stories to activate and support more social entrepreneurs.
SE-MSP is convening players of the social enterprise ecosystem to share our findings from 5 ecosystem building design sessions held pre-pandemic that assessed the strengths & disparities of our ecosystem. We will share & highlight the strategic priorities for improvement around 4 essential elements of Talent, Quality of Life, Support Systems, and Funding that were elevated by previous session participants. With each strategy incorporating a focus on equity and inclusion, we are laying out an 18-month community-driven plan for collective action to address the named priorities, and will use this time as a call to action seeking ecosystem builders to engage and commit to taking part in this initiative.
