Here at Children’s Hospital Colorado, child health advocacy is a core part of our mission to care for kids. Our government affairs team works to keep kids out of the hospital by advocating for laws and policies that improve child and youth health and wellbeing.

In 2023, key policy priority areas will include access to mental health care for children and youth as well as strategies to address the social needs of children, youth, and families in health settings. Join us for this conversation to help inform our decisions around legislative and regulatory priorities and integrate community input into these approaches.

This event is part of a series of meetings we’re calling Collaboration Laboratories, or “Collaboratories,” a new initiative at Children’s Colorado to better understand community needs and design solutions in partnership with the communities we serve.

The conversation will be held virtually, with Zoom information shared after registration. This event is free, although space is limited, so please register today. If you have any questions, please contact us at: communityengagement@childrenscolorado.org.
