Agenda:

Presenters:  George L Reed II & Jessica Soroky

Whether you are transforming your project methodology, your tech stack, your culture or your structure - transformations are hard! Let's be honest - they suck! There are countless approaches and techniques to carrying them out, but this isn't a session to learn another technique.  It is an interactive conversation about what has worked and what hasn't with a few tips and tricks from direct experience leading over 3 dozen transformations.

We aren't going to stop at just looking at transformations within a company, we are going to host a conversation about the way the Indianapolis technology industry is transforming and what we are doing to help it or hurt it.

Ready to engage? Ready to be challenged? This is a session you don't want to miss.
