Join us monthly at the Kauffman Foundation to discuss Value-Based Healthcare and Quality Outcomes
“Value-based care” is a healthcare model where the amount paid for healthcare is based on health outcomes. Providers are rewarded for helping patients improve their health, reduce the incidence and effects of chronic disease, and live healthier lives as evidenced by data. The fee-for-value model will drive down healthcare costs while improving clinical outcomes and helping people lead healthier lives.
Each event will be from 4pm - 6pm with networking to follow.
These events will always take place at the Kauffman foundation, but they are also available virtually via Zoom.
