About this event
In partnership with Back Bar Project, Colibri is hosting its first Mezcal Tasting Dinner, featuring Chef Edgar Castro's expertly-paired three-course menu:
- Aguachile de camarón, paired with Agave de Cortes
- Chamorro de cordero, paired with Nuestra Soledad Santa Maria Zoquitlan
- Pastel tres leches, paired with El Jolgorio
Guests will have the chance to learn about mezcal’s history and production process guided by a representative from Back Bar project, accompanied by a pairing presentation from Chef Edgar.
