We are excited to present an evening of Cognac and Blues with Matthew Skoller, founder of Family Tradition Cognac and fixture on the Chicago Blues circuit for over 34 years. We will taste through a full flight of some of the rarest and purest artisanal cognacs and eau-de-vie, taking you far beyond the big name, industrially made labels that have come to define Cognac. Learn about small production Cognac - the process, the tradition, the cuisine, when to mix and when to sip.
