Join Ariel Property Advisors at Club 101, 101 Park Avenue, for a networking breakfast and panel featuring influential members of New York City’s real estate community. Shimon Shkury, President of Ariel Property Advisors, will moderate the panel The Borough Presidents' Forum: An Inside Look at the Outer Boroughs and kick off the morning with a presentation summarizing the firm’s midyear research reports, which will be distributed at the event.

Shimon Shkury is the founder and President of Ariel Property Advisors, a New York City investment property sales firm with an expertise in the multifamily asset class and development sites. In this role, he oversees all investment sales and research operations for the company. Since 2002, Mr. Shkury has advised private clients, institutions, operators, equity providers and lenders on pricing, positioning and selling assets throughout New York City.
Eric Adams is the Borough President of Brooklyn. As the four-term representative of the 20th State Senatorial District, covering Borough Park, Crown Heights, Flatbush, Park Slope, Prospect Heights, Sunset Park and Windsor Terrace, he worked on issues that mattered to his constituents, including affordable housing and educational funding. In 2013, Adams was elected to be the first African-American to serve as Brooklyn Borough President.
Ruben Diaz Jr. is the Borough President of the Bronx. He first entered public office as a member of the New York State Assembly, and is currently serving his second full term as Bronx Borough President, having been reelected in November 2013. Major projects such as FreshDirect, the Kingsbridge National Ice Center and the Cary Leeds Tennis Center in Crotona Park are among the major contributors to the “New Bronx” renaissance, led by Borough President Diaz.
