Join Because Justice Matters for an afternoon of pastries, painting, and friendship building while getting the chance to hear about our Mother's ministry and how you can join us in that.
On Sunday December 4th, BJM volunteer and painting instructor Angela Baldridge will lead a small group in a guided studio session to paint your own work of art. Angie is an artist and art teacher who lives in San Francisco. She has always had a passion for the arts and for helping others express themselves through creativity. Angie earned her Bachelors in Fine Arts in Drawing from the University of New Mexico in 2004, and her Masters in Fine Art from The University of the Arts in 2007. She currently teaches art at a high school in South San Francisco and hosts private art classes as well.
This is a great opportunity for first-time painters to learn and experiment, and also excellent for confident artists to dive in and combine art and justice. Included in the ticket price of $35 is coffee, pastries and all art materials needed. We will also be sharing some highlights from BJM ministry and all that takes place at The Well.
All proceeds will fund our Mother's Ministry in helping them get fit and healthy!
We’re looking forward to seeing you there.
