CODY BOLDEN / CARYN LEE CARTER / JONATHON PEYTON

********************************

Cody Bolden

Cody Bolden is based in Canton, Georgia. He was raised between Alabama and Georgia, traveling between homes. Music seems to be in the background of all of Cody’s memories, from his Mom singing folk songs while cooking breakfast in the morning to his Dad’s radio always being on and dialed to an Outlaw Country station.

Although music was continuously present, Cody only recently decided to pick-up a guitar and start making music of his own. Cody enjoys writing and performing songs about things that are important to him, allowing his parents’ musical preferences to influence his sound.

Caryn Lee Carter

Caryn Lee Carter picked up her first guitar at age 23 and began penning her own songs, armed with nothing but an affinity for music and a few stories on her heart to tell. She’s written her life down in hundreds of songs and played shows all across the Southeast.

A native of Cartersville, Georgia, Caryn grew up on gospel hymns and mountain music that she learned on her grandmother's swing during Georgia summers. The songbird sheds new light on what it means to grow up in (and out of) a Southern town, drawing inspiration from the emotional stems of young heartbreak, old battle scars and new love.

Caryn's sound instantly throws listeners back to the heyday of 90s country. Her upbeat country pop tempos, blended with cheeky lyrics, make for a unique sound that winds somewhere down the road between Miranda's front door and Shania's backyard, which is just where she likes it.

Jonathan Peyton

“My love of music started back in the days when Dad took us kids for a ride in the car and introduced us to the stories Merle Haggard told through his music. That love has never died.” Jonathan Peyton often reminisces about how music became his passion. A singer/songwriter from Woodstock, Georgia. Peyton often writes emotion-evoking pieces from personal life experience. “Writing music has become a way of processing through life and relating to others and their stories.”

Jonathan released his first full length album, Waters Below, in March of 2016. The release of his EP, Where Do We Stand, followed not long after in March of 2018. His most recent single, The Assumption, was released October 2018. Peyton has won several music competitions including the Undiscovered Artist Series at Mad Life Stage and Studios in Woodstock, Georgia in 2017 as well as the annual Open Mic Shoot-Out at the Red Clay Music Foundry in Duluth, Georgia, hosted by the legendary Eddie Owen. He closed out the year by opening for Merle Haggard’s sons, Ben and Noel Haggard. He is currently writing more music with the intent of producing another full length album.
