Do you have children between the age of 7 and 17? Want to help prepare them for the always-on world?
CoderDojoChi will be giving up to 20 youth the opportunity to take part in a free one-day workshop in the SapientNitro Chicago office, on Saturday, June 7, 2014 at 10 a.m.
The 3-hour class is designed to expose students to the basics of web design and development by building a personalized web-based "choose your own adventure" game. Lunch and snacks will be provided, giving parents, teachers, and students an opportunity to talk to one another afterwards and give feedback on the program.
Sign up online by Thursday, June 5.
