Coder Dojo 906 - March 28, 2017
Tue, March 28, 2017, 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM EDT
Join CoderDojo906 as we head into our THIRD year of exciting, fun, discovery-based learning with coding and computer science!!!
CoderDojo906 is a computer coding club environment that focuses on building skills in code, learning-by-doing, for kids ages 5 to 17.
The Winter series is primarily aimed at the 7+ age group, but we have activities and fun for 5-6 year olds as well. If your child is 5 or 6, you are required to attend. No exceptions.
PLEASE NOTE: Your child's learning is ideally served if they can bring their own laptop (or iPad for ages 5-8). We know that not every child has access to their own device, so if yours does not, we have devices and laptops that can be used in the Dojo.
MANDATORY CONCUSSION INFORMATION: State law mandates concussion information be provided to parents. Please visit the Center for Disease Control's website for updated youth concussion information.
PARENTS: If possible, please plan to attend with your child - the learning benefits are improved when you are able to get a feel for what your child is learning and can help encourage further exploration at home.
