Event description

Description

As people of color in tech, our personal narrative, our choices and our successes are indications of persistence and survival in a space that is not built for us. This panel explores the stories, experiences and personal journeys of Black and Latinx folks of color working in the tech world. The audience is open to all races and genders!

CODE2040 aims to create a comprehensive network of Black and Latino/a talent in the country. We want to connect that network with company partners to create direct paths for talented individuals into opportunities in tech. CODE2040's programs; create pathways to success for Blacks and Latino/as in the tech sector, operationalize diversity for tech companies, allowing them to gain access to the broadest pool of qualified talent possible, build and support diverse, thriving tech entrepreneurship ecosystems around the country.
