Event Details

It’s safe to say that the best future for the tech industry is one where those creating it come from a diverse range of experiences and backgrounds.

Whether you’re a new coder looking to connect with others, a startup interested in creating a more inclusive workforce or a veteran technologist with wisdom for other minorities - join CODE2040 and Code for America and help us change the ratio.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM: Black Girls Code founder Kimberly Bryant, Code for America’s International Manager Catherine Bracy, Kapor Center’s Managing Partner Nicole Sanchez and Change.org's Director of Product Management Warren Colbert will discuss tactics to create a more diverse tech sector, engage minorities in meaningful work and create accessible programs.

Help us code the next chapter of American history -- one that is more equitable, responsible and inclusive.
