Join Women.NYC and Baddies in Tech for a dynamic evening where you'll gain real skills, explore high-growth career paths, and connect with women who are building their futures in tech—right now.

Whether you're considering your first pivot into the industry or ready to expand into UX/UI, cybersecurity, or AI, this Skills Activation Lab gives you what most events don't: hands-on practice, honest career guidance, and a supportive community.

This isn't another panel where you take notes and wonder "what's next?" You'll actually create something, ask the questions that matter, and leave with tools you can use immediately.

Baddies in Tech (BiT) is a career mobility platform and global community empowering over 100,000 women of color through skills development, networking, and job opportunities. We deliver these resources through our membership program and activate our community with events and workshops, often in partnership with Fortune 500 companies, startups, and local organizations.
