Join us for this Cocoa Runners Tasting Evening at Prufrock Coffee in Farringdon. The UK may have decided that the only way is Brexit, but here at Cocoa Runners, we think that Europe has a lot to offer. Particularly where craft chocolate is concerned. Join us on September 13 for a night spent tasting some of the finest chocolate bars that Europe has to offer.
The original 17th and 18th Grand Tourists focused their trips on the cultural centres of France and Italy, only ocassionally diverting their journeys to take in Spain, Portugal, Germany and beyond. While we will, of course, be tasting chocolate from some of the historic centres of the chocolate world, we'll also be sharing bars from new, upcoming makers who are pioneering craft chocolate in their homelands.
So pack your passport and join us on a chocolate filled adventure with a European twist.
When it comes to complexity of taste, chocolate is the undisputed champion. With over 400 flavour compounds, it’s even more complex than red wine. As you savour a piece you may discover that new flavours emerge.
The tasting will start promptly at 7pm.
