Please join us for the CCS Annual Fundraiser on Saturday, December 10, 2022 from 5:00-8:00 PM. This fundraiser will be featuring dinner and a special live Christmas concert with student performers from our school community. There will also be an ugly Christmas sweater contest and a time of sharing how God has been using the CCS ministry for His glory and the expansion of His kingdom.

All funds raised through this fundraiser event will go towards replacing our gymnasium floor and replenishing CCS tuition assistance funds. So far, we have raised $82,000 for the replacing the gym floor project and hope to raise the remaining $120,000 through this event. All funds raised over $120,000 will go into the CCS tuition assistance fund. Our goal is to raise a total of $200,000.

Event Agenda:

  • 5:00 PM - Welcome and Seating
  • 5:00-6:00 PM - Dinner and dessert served in Gymnasium
  • 6:15-7:00 PM - Christmas Blessings- Musical performance in MC1
  • 7:00-7:30 PM - A time of Sharing and Closing

  • Purchase tickets and join us on the evening of December 10th! Individual tickets are available as well as sponsoring a table of ten guests.

Ticket Sale Pricing:

  • Dinner and Christmas Music Performance- $125 per ticket
  • Christmas Music Performance Only @ 6 PM- $20 per ticket

Table Sponsorships: $750, $1500, $2500, $3500

  • Copper $750 - 5 tickets, name/business on promotional banner and website
  • Bronze $1500 - 10 tickets, name/business on promotional banner , website, and social media
  • Silver $2500 - 10 tickets, name/business on promotional banner, website, and social media; gift bag for each guest
  • Gold $3500 - 10 tickets, name/business on promotional banner, school website and social media, and table center pieces; gift bag for each guest

Entrée options:

  • Braised Beef Short Rib in Red Wine Sauce
  • Chicken Marsala in Mushroom Tarragon Marsala Cream
  • Dill-Herbed Salmon Filet with Fresh Salsa Crudo (capers, onion, olives, tomatoes, garlic and fresh herbs)
  • Portobello Mushroom Wellington in Puff Pastry (vegetarian)

Dress - Semi Formal/Christmas colors. We will have an ugly Christmas Sweater contest so put on your best dress and throw on a Christmas sweater if you want to join the contest!
