Join us for a weekend of yoga, journaling, good food, and even better wine. Jess Reedy and Andrea Hood are teaming up to bring you a weekend full of self love and empowerment as fall comes to a close. It's like a sleepover... but even better. We'll practice together, get creative, indulge in some delicious meals, and allow ourselves some rest.
What is your intention for this retreat? For the rest of 2016? How do you want to feel? This is not a "one size fits all" retreat. We want you to find what you need here. Let us know your motives and goals and we'll help get you there.
Detailed schedules and information will be sent to attendees via email. And YES.. we WILL be accommodating gluten free and vegan diets! Let us know any other dietary restrictions you have and we will do our best to keep your diet on track. We look forward to a weekend with you!
