Co-planning is a powerful tool for coaches, teacher leaders, team leads, department heads, specialists, and administrators. And yet, sometimes co-planning sessions can feel a bit one-sided.

Join this session to learn how to effectively co-plan with teachers in ways that position the teacher as the decision-maker and owner of the work, while also being mindful of best instructional practices and strategies to meet the needs of learners.

You’ll learn key language and moves you can use to ensure co-planning is truly a partnership focused on increasing both teacher capacity and student learning.

Cancellations made before the payment settles (usually within 24 hours) will be 100% refunded. Cancellations made 7 calendar days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 90% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days of the event will receive a 75% refund. Any cancellation made on the day of or after will NOT receive a refund.
