David Howatson is a senior educator at the cutting edge of behaviour change science. Join him as he leads you through the steps of behaviour change using the latest models, and shows you how to apply it to your current client base.
You'll be given the tools to help your clients establish, manage, and reinforce healthy habits using behaviour change science, so that you can build short, mid and long term change.
The course contains five major topics starting with your own reflective practice. You'll learn some of the most common behaviour change models, motivational interviewing and practical coaching solutions that you can implement with your clients straight away.
You'll learn:
- How to assess your client's readiness to adopt healthy habits
- Add behavioural science to your current client on-boarding process
- Use behaviour change models and testing on existing clients
- Educate clients on habits most likely to have positive outcomes
- Shape your own reflective practice to help others adopt health habits.
