This class will help you focus on your personal swim goals. Workouts are designed to improve speed, endurance and overall fitness. A coach will be on deck to provide you with your workout and stroke technique instruction and tips. Coached Swimming Workouts is suitable for those able to swim at least 1500 yds/hr or 10 continuous minutes; proficiency in free, back and breaststroke is recommended. Goggles recommended.
This class meets on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00-7:00 PM from January 9 - April 17, 2017. There is no class on Monday, January 16, Monday, February 27 and Wednesday, March 1.
What is the cancellation/refund policy?
You may cancel from class without a penalty up until it meets for the first time. After that, cancellations and refunds are allowed only through the University of Michigan academic class calendar drop/add deadline: January 24, 2017. A $20 cancellation fee will apply. In order to obtain a refund, log on to EventBrite and request your refund.
Are there Rec Sports facility building access requirements?
You must be an enrolled UM student or have a UM Rec Sports membership in order to participate.
