About this event

ALL RECIPIENTS MUST ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING POP-UP FOOD DISTRIBUTION RULES AND REGULATIONS:

One (1) Ticket per Household Only. 每户仅限1张票.

A household is defined by an address and everyone who lives at that address. 家庭由地址和住在该地址的每个人定义。

Multiple families and/or generations living under one roof will be counted as one (1) household. 住在一个屋檐下的多个家庭或几代人算作1户。

Upon completion of the registration form, a confirmation ticket will be sent via email to the email address provided.

IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO KEEP YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE NOTIFY US AT 521-1700 SO WE MAY GIVE YOUR SPOT TO THOSE ON THE WAIT LIST.

All participants at the pop-up food distribution are required to wear mask and must adhere to CDC, City & County and State of Hawaii COVID-19 guidelines.

Each vehicle may pick-up food for up to three (3) households, an adult from each household must be present with a valid government-issued ID and confirmation ticket.

Each registered recipient must present a printed or electronic version of their confirmation ticket and present government-issued ID much match the name listed on their confirmation ticket.

Please have your trunk or tailgate cleared so that food may be placed in safely and efficiently. Driver and front passenger windows must be down, and all occupants must be wearing face mask.

Food will be placed directly into the vehicle at each food distribution station.

No one will be permitted to exit their vehicles during the distribution.

To minimize traffic and waiting times, please do not show up any earlier or later than your ticketed appointment time.

Our staff and volunteers will follow guidelines and protocols established by the City of Honolulu’s Department of Emergency Management, Department of Transportation Services and the Honolulu Police Department.

Following guidelines and scheduling will help manage traffic and ensure the safety of those receiving food, volunteers and the surrounding communities.

Per the request of participating distribution sites, no pets are allowed on park premises during Pop-up Food Distributions. Please leave your pets at home.

Service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are permitted.

Hawaii Foodbank and the Co-Cathedral of St. Theresa Church reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who do not comply with the rules and regulations established for each drive-through food distribution.
