Description

The CMU Summit Organization

The Carnegie Mellon University Summit on U.S.-China Innovation & Entrepreneurship (the CMU Summit) is a two-sided platform that aims to encourage communication and collaboration between the U.S. and Chinese colleges, enterprises, scholars, and government organizations in different fields, support talents from both countries, and facilitate mutual business and technological developments. Our annual conference is one of the largest, top-tier Innovation and Entrepreneurship conferences held by university students in the U.S. since 2012. CMU Summit Organization has over 100 collaborating partners such as Intel China, ZhenFund, Sequoia Capital, and CreditEase.

CMU SV AI Summit

Incorporating CMU’s strength in Artificial Intelligence research, our Silicon Valley Summit aims to address significant technology developments and industry applications in the field of AI. The conference features the following panels:

  • Chatting with AI: Natural Language Processing Panel

  • Envisioning AI: Computer Vision Panel

  • Fireside Chat: AI + Fintech Panel

As part of the legacy of the CMU Summit, we will also host a Startup Demo during the Silicon Valley AI Summit. The Startup Demo strives to identify, nurture, and showcase emerging startup teams, bridging the gap between the resources entrepreneurs need and what the entrepreneurial ecosystem has to offer. Previous New Venture Competitions have attracted over 600 high-quality startups and have garnered support from IDG Ventures, ZhenFund, SoftBank China, Sinovation Ventures, and FreeS Fund.

Also, you would have access to networking opportunities such as Networking Luncheon and Elite Dinner to connect with our guests speakers, top-tier investors, and seasoned entrepreneurs.
