Community Mitigation Assistance Team (CMAT) Training

About this Event

Community Mitigation Assistance Team training focuses on how CMAT works with communities and what skills and experience are needed to participate on a team. This national level 2-day training is for potential CMAT trainees and team members.

*All CMAT participants must take Mitigation Best Practices Training.*

This training is intended for Mitigation Specialists, Wildfire Program leads and individuals interested in participating in CMAT. Please note - The training is a prerequisite for participation in CMAT. A letter from your supervision supporting your participation in CMAT is required to attend.

Registration closed on January 24, 2020.

CMAT is a joint project of the U.S. Forest Service Fire and Aviation Management and Coalitions and Collaboratives through a co-operative agreement.
