Enroll your little chefs in Club Sprouts cooking class where kids can learn about the seasonality of food, meet local farmers, and prepare ingredients purchased fresh at the market. To get ready for the Holidays, in this class we will prepare a granola recipe* using ingredients from the market and make DIY gifts in jars. Participants can finish their jars off with festive decorations and wrapping. Class includes a guided shopping trip through the market, hands-on instruction and guidance through the recipe, and a finished product to take home.

The class will meet in Nature's Lunchbox on the first floor of the museum.
Parents may do their shopping at the market while children participate in the class but must remain within the museum at all times.
