Exceed your 2014 fitness goals...without injury!!! Get fit, trim, and train for a fun race. You need not have run before or you could be looking to have an injury free season and run your personal best! This Club is for ALL LEVELS!
Join the club! Our new session starts on January 7. We have a common goal, a fun run--1/2 marathon, 5k, and 10k. The distance is up to you.
This session includes 12 weeks of coaching! Training includes professionally coached sports specific and functional strength training on Tuesdays, coached runs on Thursdays (both at Veteran's Park, in Culver City), recommended weekly workout schedule, recommended strength training workouts, and a community of workout partners. More workouts will be scheduled as we plan them, and if enrollment demands it.
