Exceed your 2013 fitness goals...without injury!!! Get fit, trim, and train for a fun race. You need not have run before or you could be looking to have an injury free season and run your personal best! This Club is for ALL LEVELS!
We are accepting new members to our group. The new session starts on April 8. We have a common goal, a fun run--1/2 marathon, 5k, and 10k. The distance is up to you.
This session includes 12 weeks of coaching! Training includes professionally coached sports specific and functional strength training on Tuesdays, coached runs on Thursdays (both at Clover Park in Santa Monica, CA), recommended weekly workout schedule, recommended strength training workouts, and a community of workout partners. More workouts will be scheduled as we plan them, and if enrollment demands it.

We meet twice weekly at Clover Park, on Tuesdays & Thursdays, at 6:30 pm--run-specific strength training and coached run workouts. We will be adding more sessions as enrollment demands it. You will also be given a weekly recommended workout schedule and suggested strength workouts.
