CLUB PILATES GRAND OPENING WEEKEND FROM JANUARY 26-28 OFFERS FREE CLASSES, DEMONSTRATIONS… AND OPPORTUNITY TO “GIVE BACK”

Grand Opening Offers Opportunity to Experience New Club Pilates Studio

While Raising Money for Barrett House Women’s Shelter

Club Pilates, the largest and fastest growing Pilates franchise in the world, recently opened its first New Mexico studio at 11000 Montgomery Boulevard NE in Albuquerque, is giving local residents the opportunity to experience this exciting new fitness concept -- while also “giving back” to an important community cause. The state-of-the-art new Pilates studio will be hosting a Grand Opening Celebration Weekend – providing the community not only with an opportunity to take a free introduction class, but raise money for the Barrett House Shelter, whose mission is to end the experience of homelessness for women and children in the community by providing shelter, housing and supportive services.

The Club Pilates Juan Tabo Grand Opening Weekend Celebration will take place from Friday, January 26th through Sunday January 28th at the studio’s location. The weekend event will offer many complimentary intro classes and demonstrations. To register for the free class, and for more information, visit www.clubpilates.com/juantabo/.

The Grand Opening Weekend event will also provide an opportunity to help raise money for an important local cause. For every monthly unlimited membership purchased, Club Pilates Juan Tabo will make a $25 donation to the Barrett House Shelter (new members only.) Existing members will also have the opportunity to contribute donations to the Barrett House Shelter, a donation box will be available at the studio. The Barrett House Shelter is a state-of-the-art emergency shelter for women and children experiencing homelessness and looking to better their lives, providing them with a comfortable bed, three meals a day and supportive services.

“We are so excited to have opened New Mexico’s first Club Pilates right here in Albuquerque, and want to celebrate being part of the community by giving back to a local organization that helps so many local women and children,” says Jessica Rule, Owner/Operator of Club Pilates New Mexico. “Our Grand Opening Weekend is a great way for people to have the opportunity to see our new studio, take a free class and experience our state-of-the-art equipment, while helping to raise money for such an important local non-profit organization here in Albuquerque.”

“We are thrilled to partner with Club Pilates for their grand opening in Albuquerque,” says Connie Chavez, Executive Director at Barrett Foundation. “We’re extremely grateful that they are supporting the homeless women and children we serve as part of this special event.”.

Club Pilates offers a unique 50-minute full body strength-training workout unlike any other fitness program. In addition, Club Pilates offers the most advanced and innovative equipment found in the Pilates industry today, including Pilates Reformers, Exo Chairs, Spring Boards, TRX straps, Barres, Mats, Bosu Balls & Weights to name a few. With options for private & semi-private training and an intimate group class setting (a maximum number of 12 people in a class), Club Pilates is designed to meet the needs of adults of all ages and stages, and offers the opportunity to experience the many proven benefits of a Pilates workout – including improvements in flexibility, posture and abdominal strength, and decreases in back, neck and joint pain.
