Can I pay admission on the door?

No sorry, but the opportunity to buy tickets via this site will be open right up until 7pm on the 7th of November.

Is it just for ladies or can men come?

It is aimed at ladies and there are unlikely to be any men's clothes to swap with so won't be much fun. But if men are interested please contact Emma via this site and maybe we can hold another event (attached to a different charity).

Do I have to bring clothes to swap?

Yes, this is a condition of entry as it's a clothes swap event. No clothes = no event. Also please make sure they're in good condition and wearable i.e. you'd be happy to see your friends in them. And remember, if appropriate we will be giving any surplus to Smart Works.

About this event

Ladies, please join us for a wonderful evening of clothes: swapping, chatting and trying on.
Bring up to five items of clothing you’d love to pass on and find something new (to you) to take home. There’ll be an opportunity to try things on and Emma will be offering styling advice to everyone (who wants it) there.
Emma will give a short talk on the joy of re-wearing and re-loving clothes, plus some practical advice for autumn/winter dressing.
Sam Knollys, who volunteers at Smart Works, will share more about the charity dedicated to helping vulnerable women back into the workplace.
All whilst having a glass or two and chatting with your friends, old and new.
