Is there parking?

There is paid parking (very cheap) just outside Henfield Hall, and there is free street parking nearby (but please do respect local residents when parking, thank you)

What if i don't know how to dance or have any coordination?

Whether you’ve got moves or two left feet you don’t need to know how to dance. If in doubt, style it out. My classes have easy to follow steps that are designed to make moving enjoyable. Fun is the main thing and moving safely is the other.

Question 4

Can I still do the class with a health condition?

Yes, you can, you will be asked to complete a health questionnaire before the class.  You know your health condition or injury best, and advice would always be to take it easy at first. And always tell me if you have advice from a health professional or GP about taking part in any activity.

Question 5

What should I wear?

Bring water, a small gym towel and a smile. Wear lightweight, breathable clothing such as leggings, joggers, t-shirts and vests and sweaters. The best footwear is a lightweight trainer with some cushioning support and minimal tread on the sole. Barefoot is not allowed, due to health and safety.

I'm not very fit can I still take part?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Just take it easy to start with, build up your ability, and you will see your fitness improve.
