This celebratory event is for non-registered clinical research staff who are working with patients and research participants in the clinical delivery of research studies. It will provide an excellent opportunity to network and share experiences with those in a similar role across the country.

Call for Abstracts
We invite you to submit abstracts for a poster viewing session, a selection of the best abstracts will be chosen for oral presentation (10 mins)
The Clinical Trials Assistant – A responsive role for the future of clinical research delivery
Abstracts must be submitted as a word document and must be no more than 300 words containing no tables or figures or sub-headings. The font should be Arial size 12. References must be kept to an absolute minimum and must be used only if essential. When used, any references must be incorporated into the text of the abstract. Word counts are calculated using the word count tool in Word. Abstract title, authors and institutions are not considered in calculating the wordage. Please use the following section headings.
Author/s name and institution The first author is also the primary contact and the presenting author. The first author must be registered for the event. The first author/primary contact has responsibility for the content on behalf of co-authors.
Unless indicated on the submission, all entries will be considered for oral presentation.
Abstracts must be submitted to Lauren.Scammell@uhs.nhs.uk no later than the closing date of Friday 6th January 2017. Successful entrants will be notified by Monday 16th January 2017
