Aaron Olson, CMHC, SUDC, is a primary Counselor at Cirque Lodge. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, he has made Utah his home for the past 18 years with the last 4 years practicing at Cirque Lodge. Prior to Cirque Lodge, Aaron was working in a mental health recovery program in Salt Lake City and developed a deep compassion for individuals struggling with both addictions and mental illness. Aaron has also worked in the fields of juvenile justice, serious and persistent mental illness, and various levels of addiction treatment. Personally, he enjoys travel, reading, and baseball.

Amanda K. (Mandy) Baker, MS, LCDC is the Chief Clinical Officer for BRC Recovery and Spearhead Lodge. In addition, she owns Mandy Baker Consulting, LLC where she works as a consultant to the addiction treatment industry specializing in compliance and risk management issues and quality management, administrative team building, and program/curriculum development and evaluation. She formerly served as CEO of the Ranch at Dove Tree, the Vice President of Clinical Services at Origins Recovery Centers, and the Founder and Clinical Director of Windhaven Counseling Center.

Cindy Westcott, BA, BS, LCSW, serves as the Clinical Director of Milestones and has over 30 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has also developed and facilitated inpatient specialty programs for suicide prevention and for the treatment of complicated grief and PTSD for 3 hospitals. She has developed and facilitated IOP programs for adults and partial hospitalization programs for the treatment of traumatic grief and traumatic stress. Cindy created weekend intensive programs for impaired professional in treatment for addiction and underlying disorders and ran these programs monthly for 15 years. She is a level 2 EMDR trained clinician and also utilizes other innovative therapies such as Internal Family Systems, Gestalt and Ego State Experiential therapies, EFT, and others to address the acute and long term effects of childhood and other forms of trauma and abuse. Cindy has spoken locally, regionally, and nationally on a variety of topics including Cultural Diversity, Women and Empowerment, Adult Children of Alcoholics, Eating Disorders and Trauma, and other topics related to grief and trauma recovery.

This event is co-sponsored by Onsite Workshops and The Institute for Continuing Education. The program offers 5.00 contact hours, with full attendance required.
