PURPOSE
Allina Health’s two-day Clinical Nursing Conference is designed to provide current, evidence-based information relevant to the care of cardiac and critically ill patients. The breakout format provides more choices in topics and allows participants to focus on specialty areas. Sessions with a focus on progressive care/telemetry will be offered in addition to critical care and cardiology. We are excited to offer this conference and confident that participants will find this to be an excellent learning experience. ANCC Accreditation will be provided at this conference!

TARGET AUDIENCE
This conference is for nurses and healthcare professionals who wish to increase their knowledge in providing care to cardiac, trauma or intensive care unit patients.

In this presentation, you will learn how to bring your humanity to work, even when work includes the most messy/beautiful parts of life. You will learn specific language to use (and not to use) with colleagues and patients who are going through difficult times.
