Climb Strong Summer 2020 Training Camp | August 8-9, 2020 - Lander, WY

About this event
On August 8 and 9, 2020, Climb Strong will be offering a two-day intensive training camp in Lander, Wyoming. This is a full hands-on event and will feature 8+ hours each day of training and instruction in exercise technique. We’ll have a high instructor-to-student ratio, and will be working through a whole range of different sessions. We’ll also be doing specific testing with each athlete, and working to help each participant to design their upcoming training based on the tests and the training from the weekend.
*Training experience is required.
Participants will be training in each session, so a high-level of work capacity is required. Athletes with overuse injuries or other issues are discouraged from registering.

-Integrated Strength
-Density Training
-Alactic Intervals
-Bodyweight Training
-Muscular Endurance Sessions
-Mobility, Movement Preparation, and Recovery
-Full Testing Battery
You should have experience training the following:
Weight Room exercises, including:
-Deadlift and variations
-Pull-Ups and variations
-Squats
-Presses
-Kettlebell Lifts
-Jumps, Sprints, and Medicine Ball Work
-Hangboard exercises
Conditioning Tools, including:
-Air Bike
-Rowing Machine
-Ski Erg
-Battling Ropes
-Campus Board exercises
-Bouldering drills
