Rokiah Yaman from AD Leap has designed an anaerobic digester, where food waste is fed into the machines under a controlled environment to allow anaerobic digestion to give off Methane as a source of energy supply as well as providing potential fertiliser. She will talk to us about the design and process of using anaerobic digesters and the potential to use them within a community.
