Doors open at 6 pm. Come early to grab some popcorn and get a good seat. Films start promptly at 6:30pm. Panel discussion follows each session. Youth leaders on Oct 23.

 


 October 2  -  “Paris to Pittsburgh” 

National Geographic Documentary — As the weather grows more deadly and destructive, Americans are demanding solutions to climate change and they aren’t waiting on Washington to act.

 


October 9  -  “The Ballad of Holland House”

Tells the true story of the last house on a sinking island in the Chesapeake Bay.

 

“High Tide in Dorchester”

A powerful, intimate story that looks at a worsening global threat through the lens of Chesapeake Bay’s most vulnerable county. 

 


 October 23  -  “Caring About Climate Change”

Produced by Montgomery County youth from Gandhi Brigade Youth Media

 

“Waterways of Ellicott City”

Produced by Lansdowne High School students and focuses on the historic flooding in Ellicott City.
