The Drexel Urban Health Collaborative (UHC) and SALURBAL-Climate are co-hosting a pre-symposium event on Wednesday, September 3rd, 2025, from 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM, to explore the challenges and opportunities in addressing climate change impacts on cities worldwide. The event will be hybrid: Attend in person or online via live stream.

This event will feature two expert panels:

  • Research & Methodology: Examining key approaches to studying climate change and urban health.
  • Policy & Evidence: Discussing how policymakers use research, their evidence needs, and ways to strengthen researcher-policymaker collaboration.
