Rachel Bouman is the founder of The Leadership Companion, an executive coach, master facilitator, and leadership development expert for women executives. She helps women focus on how to advance in their careers. She has a 3-step plan for taking women leaders from stuck, confused, and overwhelmed to free, clear, and ready to step into the vision they have created for themselves.

Meet the Speaker(s)
Coaching women leaders through career changes to remarkable success!
Rachel Bouman brings her multifaceted leadership to her work from leading in the C-suite as the Chief Human Capital Officer and Deputy General Counsel in the federal government to serving as a manager of an Office of Equal Employment Opportunity to being an employment attorney in the trenches with leaders through all phases of litigation.
As the head of human resources, she managed to change
staff perception of leadership by 10% in just two years—staff included 400 supervisors and executives.
Rachel has a BA from Calvin University. While in law school at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, she published an article and served as editor-in-chief of the Global Business and Development Journal (formerly The Transnational Lawyer). She studied constitutional law under Supreme Court Justice: Anthony Kennedy. She is licensed to practice law in California and holds certifications with the Center for Executive Coaching as an executive coach, career coach, and master facilitator; The John Maxwell Team as a coach, trainer, and speaker; Gallup as a CliftonStrengths coach; and Genos as an emotional intelligence coach. She is also an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation.
