With the help of experienced Wikipedians, attendees will learn to edit Wikipedia and improve articles on historic sites, people, and institutions in and around Cleveland Park.

Where: The new Cleveland Park Library, 3310 Connecticut Avenue, NW

When: Saturday, November 10th, 11am – 2 pm

No editing experience is necessary, but YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN LAPTOP.

This event is free and open to the public but registration is required.

The Wikimedia Foundation will provide lunch. When you register, please indicate whether you need a vegetarian lunch.

NB: If you would like to suggest a Wikipedia article that we should work on editing at the Edit-a-thon, please email Carin Ruff at staff@clevelandparkhistoricalsociety.org. CPHS and the Wikimedia Foundation will be compiling a list of pages to edit and reputable sources to cite in advance of the event, so it helps to have your page suggestions as soon as possible.
