Welcome to our online workshop! Join us for an engaging and informative session where we dive into stroke data analysis from acute to community services. The CLEAR project team will guide you through data interrogation and triangulation to bring meaning to data collected from your services. This will also be an opportunity to hear your thoughts about the data insights and create a space across the whole pathway to think about next steps.
