The Indiana Civil Rights Commission (ICRC) will be hosting their 2016 Statewide Continuing Legal Education Program to celebrate more than 50 years of service to Hoosiers. This year’s series will consist of six seminars that provide legal professionals with low cost Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits. Each of the seminars will provide a background and legal updates in local, state and federal anti-discrimination laws.
The event on August 26, 2016 in Elkhart, Indiana will provide an updated look at Employment Law. Featured speakers and topics include: Nathaniel M. Jordan, Esq.- Fair Labor Standards Act: Wage and Hour Claims; Michael F. DeBoni, Esq. - Analyzing an ADA Lawsuit; and Samuel L. Bolinger, Esq. - Financial Analysis of Bringing EEO Claims.
You will be notified via email when specific locations and/or times are determined. Each seminar offers 3.0 credit hours and costs $35 to attend. Light refreshments will be provided. Details are subject to change.
