Earn CLE credit as you grab your coffee and get all your questions answered about how to best represent your clients in TPR trials.

About this event

Nevada-licensed or emeritus-certified attorneys can earn 1.0 general Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit from this free, online webinar about termination of parental rights trials.

Start your morning with Judge David Gibson, Jr., and attorneys from the CAP team as they discuss termination of parental rights (TPR) trials. This CLE will be an opportunity to learn tips from the bench on how to best represent your clients in TPR trials and ask any specific questions you have from ongoing cases.

The webinar will be over RingCentral and presented by Judge David Gibson, Jr., of the Eighth Judicial District Court; and Amy Honodel, Esq., CWLS, and Xavier Planta, Esq., of Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada.

All attorneys must have at least one open CAP pro bono case, take on one new CAP pro bono case, or volunteer for at least two two-hour sessions of an Ask-A-Lawyer program to receive CLE credit. Select a case at www.lacsnprobono.org. Please sign up here or email cgeorgas@lacsn.org to volunteer for one of our weekly Ask-A-Lawyer events. Our Ask-A-Lawyer consultations are currently via phone.

For information about other upcoming CLEs offered by Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada, please visit www.lacsn.org/cle.
