Get on the Road to a Better Career!
You can begin a new career as a professional truck driver. With heavy, tractor-trailer and light truck driving averaging an annual salary of $57,000 in the region, a successful student can begin a life-changing career after as few as 12 weeks of training!
Truck Driver Training Program Overview
Students receive the knowledge and support necessary to pass the Commercial Driver's License (CDL) permit exam the first week of class, then gain the experience and skills required to prepare for the state-issued CDL exams, including the pre-test inspection tests, skills tests and road tests. Students learn CDL laws, use of controls, safe driving techniques and defensive driving.
Students are taught by experienced trainers through flexible classroom instruction and behind-the-wheel training in Park City. With a low instructor-to-student ratio, students receive individualized support during the 160-hour program.
In addition to the training program, students will be provided information on employment opportunities and guidance on securing a position.
