Class with Julia Crockett

Come join Julia Crockett for an evening of improvisation, conditioning, strengthening and deep release - drawing on the disciplines of Allan Wayne, Lloyd Williamson, and Crockett’s own work. Through a rigorous warm up, the aim is to access a more dynamic, released, and grounded physical instrument. From there we dive into an exploration of guided long form group improvisation, scored live by improv minimalist Zane Morris (TINT). Come uncover deeper contact, tools for compelling improvised composition, a more articulate instrument, and a greater sense of play. Absolutely no experience necessary
